The Update
The Winspear expansion is well underway, and Lisa Hennig, our Philanthropy Advisor, is taking you on a behind-the-scenes tour.
From a future discovery zone for families to the brand new Music Box performance venue, the spaces coming to life inside this expansion are unlike anything Edmonton has seen in a music centre before. A new outdoor plaza facing 97th Street, a welcoming lobby that feels more like a living room than a concert hall entrance, and a flexible performance space with a seating system that can literally disappear into the floor.
We can't wait to open the doors.
